Patient is a 39-year-old female who came in with an interest in abdominoplasty and complaint for shoulder pain due to oversized breasts. Dr. Vu suggested similar size implants with a mastopexy. Dr. Vu also suggested removal of breast tissue from the bottom of the breasts to prevent future drooping. For her abdominoplasty, Dr. Vu used adhesive tissue glue in the abdomen to avoid the usage of drains.
