Patient is a 74-year-old female. She is 5’6’’ and weighs 158 pounds. Patient has had concerns about excess fat and skin on her underarms for years. During the operation, a 2.5-inch-wide strip of skin was removed from both arms. The incision starts from the elbows to the bottom of the armpits. Liposuction on the arms was done to contour the shape of the arms.
